Matthew J. Strothoff joined Bronson & Kahn as an attorney in September 2007, after working as a law clerk with the firm from January 2005 through August 2007. His practice focuses on corporate, real estate, securities and trademark law. Mr. Strothoff has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating general corporate transactions, including technology product and service purchase and sale agreements, corporate formation and governance, private equity funding and asset and equity deals. Mr. Strothoff's experience includes representing clients in a wide range of industries, but primarily focusing on business in the information technology, products manufacturing and food and beverage industries.
Mr. Strothoff graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in May 2007. Prior to that, he attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign college of Business, and he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Industrial Distribution Management in January 2001.
