 Justin R. Redeker practices in the areas of corporate law, real estate law and commercial litigation. Mr. Redeker’s areas of focus include structuring and negotiating business transactions, drafting and negotiating business agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and commercial and retail leases, and advising clients throughout the trial process. He also has experience in counseling sellers in the acquisitions of their businesses. Mr. Redeker has represented restaurant and nightclub owners in all aspects of their business, including initial formation, SEC compliance and protection of intellectual property. He has also represented various plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract cases, shareholder and partner disputes, and lease disputes.
Mr. Redeker is a member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations. He received a Bachelor's of Journalism from the University of Missouri. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the DePaul College of Law and is licensed in Illinois and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to law school he was a sports reporter with KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri and also worked at ESPN in Bristol, Connecticut.
